Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Fresh Touch Cleaning LLC ("Company")'s website, services, and any related products. By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

The Company provides profressional cleaning services, including but not limited to residential and specialized cleaning. The scope of services, pricing, and specific service agreements will be detailed in a separate contract with each client.

Booking and Scheduling

Service Availability: Our services are available by appointment only. Clients can book services through our website, phone, email, or text.

Scheduling: Service dates and times are subject to availability. The Company will confirm appointments via email, phone, or text.

Cancellations: Clients must cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid cancellation fees.

Pricing and Payment

Estimates: Prices for cleaning services will be provided based on an initial assessment of the property. Any changes to the scope of work may result in adjusted pricing.

Payment Terms: Payments are due upon receipt with a two (2) day grace period.

Late Payment: If payment is not received within 48 hours of invoicing, a late fee of 3% daily will be added to your invoice until paid.

Refunds and Satisfaction Guarantee

Satisfaction Guarantee: We aim to provide excellent service. If you are unsatisfied with the cleaning service, please contact us with 24 hours, and we will address the issue immediately.

Refunds: Refunds are genearlly not provided unless explicityly stated in the contract or based on situational circumstances.

Client Obiligations

Access: Clients must ensure access to the property on the scheduled cleaning date. Failure to provide access may result in cancellation fees.

Pets: Clients must secure pets before the scheduled cleaning time. The Company is not responsible for any harm to pets caued by cleaning equipment or supplies.

Liability

Damage: The Company is insured and will take all reasonable precautions when providing services. However, the Company is not liable for pre-existing damage to property or fragile items not disclosed prior to the service.

Personal Items: The Company is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items that were not properly secured before the cleaning service.

Accidents: In the event of an accident or damage during cleaning, the Company will notify the client and work toward resolving the matter.

Use of the Website

Content: All content on our website, including text, images, and services, is provided for informational purposes only. The Company reserves the right to modify content without prior notice.

User Conduct: You agree not to use our website for unlawful activities or to infringe on the rights of others.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and logos on this website are the property of the Company unless otherwise indicated. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the website or services consitutes acceptance of any modifications.
